How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?
Orders within the US ship within 3 to 5 business days via USPS, with a first-class delivery
time of 1 to 3 business days.
Therefore, it’s estimated your coffee should arrive somewhere between 4 to 8 business days.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel subscription at anytime.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
Can I order coffee without subscribing?
Yes.
Do you accept returns?
Absolutely, If your delivery has arrived damaged, or our shipping department is at fault you will be issued with a full refund.
Please keep in mind, coffee is a perishable item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 48 hours of the coffee arriving.
